Volunteers are essential to providing support for the many programs that enhance quality of life for the 6000 clients we serve. The over 500 volunteers contribute their talent, skill and time to Northwood. They make a difference in the lives of residents and seniors in the community, and continue to be a vital part of the Northwood community.
Description
To assist newcomer staff with integrating into social settings, knowledge of local amenities, Maritime Traditions or other Canadian Cultural norms, familiarize with Northwood environment, and other aspects of immigrating to Canada.
